These pants have been hanging out in my closet for quite some time now.  I got them at the very end of the Zara summer sale and just couldn't quite find a way to wear them.  They definitely make a statement and remind me of clowns, which freaks me out just a bit.  I have really been into loser fitting pants lately, they are just so darn comfortable!  I have had this cashmere sweater for almost 3 years now and I must say it is one of my all time favorite purchases.  J.Crew still makes this same style so if f you are looking for a sweater to invest in I totally recommend this one.  It's cute and oh so comfortable!

Last year at this time I had long and beautiful hair and lately I have been missing it.  I would put my long hair in one single braid and absolutely loved the look of it.  My hair can't do that anymore, so as an ode to my old long hair I put a little french braid on the side.  It's not the same but it's something, you know?  I know I sound dramatic but I sure have been missing that hair...

CHRISTMAS? NO...

Red lips, green plaid and bam it suddenly looks like Christmas up in here.  And to be honest I am completely okay with that, maybe even what I was going for?  I will tell you though, it was a terrible choice.  This day I had a terrible headache and so I thought "hey, it would be nice to feel cute today". Well cute I did not feel, my face was sweating, my back was sweating, basically everything had sweat on it.  But I suppose that's what you get when you try to channel Christmas in 90 degree weather.  Lesson learned.  I'll leave that for December from here on out.
